RFQ for Break Bulk Vessel

We need Break Bulk vessel for the below details

1. Commodity: Indian Broken Rice
2. Port of Loading: Vishakhapatnam (Vizag)
3. Port of Discharge: Cotonou, Benin
4. Cargo Wt: 5000 MT
5. Packaging: 50 Kgs BOPP Plastic Bag Packing only
6. Laycan: 2^nd week of July 2021
7. Charter party: M/s S.J. EXIM Services, New Delhi
8. Load/Discharge Required: 2500 MT/Day
9. Vessel: Should not be older than 15 years
10. Loading/Unloading: onboard mechanical loading & unloading facility required with conveyor system
11. Scope of Work: SOW will include all including loading at origin and unloading at destination, storage at origin & destination wherever required, labour/manual labour where ever required, local trucking inside port storage area to vessel berthing area, customs clearance at both ends etc
12. Transit: Indirect sailing is also allowed; however, the port of calls needs to be declared to the charter party by the vessel owners/operators
13. Survey: to be done by the Ship operator/vessel owners/owners’ agents- Photography of the cargo before loading, after loaded onto vessel at the time of unloading at destination and after unloading at destination is mandatory
14. RFQ should include all the cost break ups for all the cost components, transit time, port of calls/route, origin agent details and destination agent details/handlers
15. RFQ closing time: 28/06/2021 07:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)
