Change in Import Policy of Stock Lot Paper in India

 

The Govt. of India has issued a Notification vide DGFT Notification No. 45/2015-2020 dtd. 31st January 2020 changing the Policy condition under HSN code 4810 of chapter 48 of Schedule Policy I (Import Policy), ITC (HS), 2017.

The effect of this Notification is that the Import Policy of Stock Lot Paper is now changed from “Free” to “Prohibited”.
