Latest Policy Changes in Exports of APIโs from India
The Govt. of India has further amended the Export Policy of APIs from India vide DGFT Notification No. 50/2015-20 dtd. 03.03.2020. This supersedes all other previous DGFT Notifications.
Effect of this Notification: Exports of specified APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) & formulations made from these APIโs under the ITC HS codes mentioned against each is hereby โRestrictedโ with immediate effect till further orders.
