Export Control on Fertilizers export from India

Export of Fertilizers from India is “Free” as per policy DGFT Notification no 49/2015-20 dtd 07^th January 2019 read with DGFT Public Notice No 67/2015-20 dtd 07^th January 2019. If you plan to export Fertilizers also refer to DGFT Notification no 49 in details for the grades of Fertilizers allowed for Exports. However, the procedure to obtain the Export NOC can be ascertained from PN No 67.

The approval timeline for obtaining the Export NOC from Deptt of Fertilizers is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of submission of application, if found satisfactory in all the ways. We can assist you in this endeavor, if you wish to export Fertilizer from India.
