  • Services: Includes modules for appointments, grievances, compliance repository, and management information system (MIS). ​

  1. Unified Dashboard Widgets ​

  • LPCO (Licenses, Permits, Certificates, Other Authorization Documents): Enables users to apply for new LPCOs, view details, and track the status of applications. ​
  • SSO (Single Sign-On): Provides access to services of Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) through a single login. ​

LPCO Widget: A Comprehensive Solution ​

The LPCO widget is a key feature of the Unified Dashboard, offering four navigation tabs:

  1. Apply New LPCO: Users can apply for new licenses, permits, certificates, and other authorization documents. ​
  2. LPCO Pending: Displays applications that are pending approval or payment. ​
  3. LPCO Pending Status: Shows the status of applications managed outside the ICEGATE SWIFT system. ​
  4. LPCO Completed: Lists all approved applications and allows users to download certificates. ​

Step-by-Step Guide to Applying for Certificates

  1. Textile Certificate

To apply for a Textile Certificate:

  • Enter company details, CLE RCMC number, financial year, Bill of Entry details, and HS code. ​
  • Upload required documents, including the Bill of Entry copy. ​
  • Select the export product and provide declarations. ​
  • Save the form as a draft or preview and submit the application. ​
  1. Certificate for Importing Footwear Soles ​

To apply for this certificate:

  • Provide company details, CLE RCMC number, Udyam registration details, and Bill of Entry information. ​
  • Enter invoice details, items imported, and CIF value. ​
  • Upload supporting documents, including the Bill of Entry, Udyam Registration Certificate, and invoice. ​
  • Confirm declarations and submit the application. ​
  1. Export Turnover Certificate ​

To apply for an Export Turnover Certificate:

  • Enter manufacturer/exporter details, including IEC, PAN, GSTIN, and addresses. ​
  • Provide RCMC and Chartered Accountant (CA) details, including UDIN and financial year. ​
  • Enter export and tax values year-wise. ​
  • Upload supporting documents, including the CA certificate and other relevant files. ​
  • Confirm declarations and submit the application. ​

Tracking and Managing Applications

LPCO Pending

After submission, applications appear under the β€œLPCO Pending” tab. ​ Users can:

  • View payment details. ​
  • Upload payment receipts. ​
  • Respond to officer queries if required. ​

LPCO Completed

Approved applications are displayed under the β€œLPCO Completed” tab. ​ Users can download their certificates directly from this section. ​
