The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Department of Commerce, Government of India, has issued Public Notice No. β 53/2025-26 dated March 24, 2026, announcing an important update for importers of gold under the India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). β This notice extends the validity of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) Authorisations for gold imports under Tariff Head 7108, issued during the financial year 2025-26, until June 30, 2026. β
