Relaxation in the Export Policy of APIβs announced by the Govt. of India
The Govt. of India through The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has allowed the Exports of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) after amending the earlier Notification No 50/2015-20 dtd. 03.03.2020. These APIβs can now be Exported βFreelyβ with immediate effect.
