IEM license is issued by DPIIT in Part-A & Part-B. Part-A is issued for Pre-production stage and Part-B is issued post-production stage of operations.

  1. Certificate of Incorporation (CIN)- self attested copy by the Authorized Signatory
  2. Article of Association (AoA)- self attested copy by the Authorized Signatory
  3. Memorandum of Association (MoA) – self attested copy by the Authorized Signatory
  4. GSTIN Regn- self attested copy by the Authorized Signatory
  5. Company PAN card- self attested copy by the Authorized Signatory
  6. List of Total Staffing Unit wise- No of Male Staff, No of Female Staff & No of Transgender Staff
  7. Existing or Proposed Investment in Plant & Machinery only, excluding land and building as per the IT Act in INR value per unit wise
  8. Existing or Proposed Turnover of the Unit in INR value (latest FY)-per unit wise
  9. Date of Estimated or Actual Commencement of Production-per unit wise
  10. 1 Email ID of the Concerned staff from the applicant side-per unit wise
  11. 1 Mobile No of the same concerned staff-per unit wise
  12. 1 Landline number of the Unit proposed for registration-per unit wise
  13. Govt of India Fee- INR 1250 for Part-A & INR 1000 for Part-B
